Rates and general information
- Rates are per person and per day, including overnight accommodation.
- No, smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel rooms.
In the event of non-compliance, a final cleaning fee of €150.00 will be charged. - The supplement amounts to:
– €15.00 per person/day for breakfast
– €35.00 per person/day for half board - – Supplement for double room for single use (price on request)
– €10.00 per night for the underground garage (included in the Deluxe, Elegance and Suite/Loft categories) - Check-in is possible from 2.00 pm, check-out is requested by 10.00 am.
Cancellation policy (according to ART. 1382 civil code)
- In the event of non-arrival without cancellation, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.
- – Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
– Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
– Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price - The respective cancellation percentage applies only to the price of the unused or cancelled beds.
- Please confirm in writing that you accept our contractual conditions.
- By means of a unilateral written declaration, which must be received by the accommodation provider within the specified deadlines.
- Yes. Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the contract may be cancelled in writing without cancellation fees.

Discounts & children’s rates
- – 100% for children aged 0–1.99 years
– 50% for children aged 2–5.99 years
– 20% for children aged 6–11.99 years
– 10% from 12 years onwards (in an extra bed in the parents’ room or as a 3rd–4th person) - No, the tourist tax of €3.50 per person/night (from 14 years of age) is charged separately.
